How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping (2–4 business days) is available at checkout. Orders placed after 5 PM PST ship the following business day.

Can I ship my order directly to a gift recipient?

Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout. You can also add a personal gift message on the cart page — we'll include it on a beautiful card at no extra charge.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package every step of the way.

Can I personalize a gift box?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to love every product you receive. If something isn't right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right. Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns on opened items, but we'll always work with you to find a solution.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We're so sorry if that happens! Please take a photo of the damaged item and packaging and contact us right away. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund promptly.
